These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all contractual relations between the company CHENGAN LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong under number 79968512, with its registered office at Flat 1506, 15/F, Cheung Fung Commercial Building, 21-25 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong (hereinafter "the Seller"), and any person making a purchase on the website baroudeurcamp.com (hereinafter "the Buyer").
By placing an order on the Site, the Buyer unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions. The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable terms and conditions are those in force on the date of the order.
2. PRODUCTS AND CHARACTERISTICS
The products offered for sale are those listed in the Site's catalog at the time of consultation by the Buyer, within the limits of available stock. CHENGAN LIMITED takes the utmost care in presenting and describing its products (photographs, technical specifications) to best inform the Buyer.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are indicated in Euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). For deliveries outside Hong Kong, particularly to the European Union, customs duties or other local taxes may be applicable. These costs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Payment is due immediately upon order. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via the secure payment solutions offered (PayPal, Apple Pay). CHENGAN LIMITED uses secure encryption protocols to guarantee the confidentiality of banking data.
4. ORDER AND VALIDATION
The Buyer must accurately fill in the delivery and billing information. Final validation of the order constitutes proof of the transaction and acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products. A confirmation email detailing the order will be sent to the Buyer. CHENGAN LIMITED reserves the right to refuse any order in case of an existing dispute or suspicion of fraud.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
CHENGAN LIMITED ensures the shipment of products directly from its logistics centers (mainly located in Asia).
- Times: The processing time is 24 to 48 business hours. The estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 business days, except in cases of force majeure or exceptional customs delays.
- Responsibility: Unlike brokerage practices, CHENGAN LIMITED assumes responsibility for delivery. The seller is responsible for the proper execution of the contract until physical delivery of the package to the Buyer. In case of loss or damage during transport, the Buyer is invited to contact customer service: contact@baroudeurcamp.com.

10. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
These GTC are subject to Hong Kong law. However, for customers residing in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of residence apply, particularly regarding consumer protection. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
