Where does BaroudeurCamp equipment ship from?
To guarantee you the best value for money and reduce intermediaries, BaroudeurCamp (a CHENGAN LIMITED company, based in Hong Kong) operates on a direct flow model. Our equipment is shipped directly from our partner logistics centers in Asia. This allows us to offer you "factory-direct" prices across our entire catalog.
What are the delivery times?
We process your order within 1 to 2 business days. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, standard delivery for France and Europe is estimated between 6 and 10 business days. Therefore, expect to receive your order within 7 to 12 business days after your purchase.
Can I track my package?
Absolutely. A tracking number is automatically sent to you by email as soon as your package leaves our logistics center. You can then track every step of its journey to your home.
Are customs fees to be expected?
As we ship our products from our international warehouses outside the European Union, import taxes or customs fees may be requested by postal services depending on your country's legislation. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. This logistics model allows us to offer you purchase prices significantly lower than those found in physical stores.

Can I change my mind and return my product?

What happens if my item arrives damaged?
BaroudeurCamp is committed to quality. If an item is defective upon arrival, simply send us a photo of the item and packaging to contact@baroudeurcamp.com. After a quick check by our team, we will immediately reship a new product at our expense. This is our "Zero Hassle" guarantee.
