WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Packages are prepared and shipped after the order is placed.

Delivery is made within 7 to 10 days after the package is shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email, as well as the tracking number for your order.

 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We sincerely apologize for this situation. We have warehouses internationally, and sometimes delivery can be slowed down due to reinforced sanitary measures (including disinfection of packages during customs clearance).

If you still have not received your order after 30 days, please contact our customer support by email at: contact@baroudeurcamp.com; we will take care of you and reship your order free of charge.

  

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can of course process the payment, provided that the request is made within 14 days of the order date and that the product(s) concerned are not subject to promotions.
