Refund Policy

  1. RETURNS

The return policy of the seller, whose products are marketed on our website (hereinafter, the "Seller"), lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the receipt of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund and you are no longer entitled to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item from your order must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (such as a copy of the receipt) for the item you wish to return.

If your return request is accepted by the Seller, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package.

Items returned without prior return request within the specified period will not be accepted. You can contact us for any questions regarding returns at the following address: contact@baroudeurcamp.com.

  1. DAMAGED ITEMS AND PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

You must check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item delivered is defective, damaged, or different from the one you ordered.

This will allow us to evaluate the problem and make our best efforts to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  1. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS) AND ONLINE PROCEDURE

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order, without having to give reasons. This period is distinct and independent of our 30-day commercial return policy described above.

To exercise your right of withdrawal online, you can use our dedicated form available by clicking on "Withdraw from contract here" in the footer of our site. Fill in the form (name, order number, email) and click on "Confirm withdrawal". You will immediately receive a timestamped acknowledgment of receipt by email.

You can also contact our customer service at contact@baroudeurcamp.com. Any package returned without prior contact or to an incorrect address cannot be processed.

  1. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

By way of exception to the preceding points, certain types of items cannot be returned.

The following cannot be returned, and therefore cannot be refunded:

• perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants);
• personalized products (such as special orders or custom-made items);
• personal care items (such as beauty products);
• hazardous materials and products, liquids, gases, or flammable products.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Finally, gift cards also cannot be returned.

  1. EXCHANGES

The Seller does not offer an exchange service for items ordered on our website. If you wish to purchase an item different from the one ordered, we advise you to place a new order and return the unsuitable item.

  1. REFUNDS

We commit to informing you as soon as the Seller has received and inspected your returned order. We will let you know whether your refund for this return has been approved or not by the Seller.

If the Seller approves your refund request, you will automatically be credited the price paid for the returned item(s) to the same account linked to your original payment method.

Please note that the processing of this refund by banking institutions and various payment organizations is subject to their own deadlines, which we are unable to control.
