SHIPPING POLICY

At BaroudeurCamp, we strive to provide you with high-quality equipment with complete transparency regarding our logistics processes. Our products are carefully selected and shipped directly from our partner logistics centers located in Asia (mainly China) to guarantee you the best prices.
1. PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (TRANSIT)
For France and Europe, the estimated delivery time is between 6 to 10 business days from the shipment of your package. The total time between placing your order and receiving it at your home is therefore generally between 7 and 12 business days.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping to France: Standard delivery is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase.
- International Shipping: For the rest of the world, shipping costs are 6.90 euros. They are free for any order over 60 euros.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take 2 to 3 days to update in the carrier's system. If you have not received a tracking number after 4 business days, please contact us at contact@baroudeurcamp.com.
5. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
Orders shipped outside Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. BaroudeurCamp has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
You can request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the shipping process will have started, and we will no longer be able to intervene on the package before its reception.
7. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If you receive a damaged item, please immediately send us a photo of the item and packaging to contact@baroudeurcamp.com. We will conduct a review and, if necessary, send a replacement product at our expense.
